5. Consultancy

Within the frame of Networking, Ripples Solutions provides consultancy under the following heads:

a. LAN and WAN Network design

Based on the project(s) for which consultancy is provided by Ripples Solutions, on behalf of the client, We would float the Request for Proposal (RFP) to be identified/relevant vendors or solution providers. The proposals would then be analyzed and a suitable solution would be recommended to the management to implement the same.

b. Supervision of implementation and Project Management

Ripples Solutions will supervise the implementation based on the finalized proposal so that the specifications/commitments are adhered to.

c. E-mail services

Ripples will either offer consultancy on Email service from a third party Email Service provider or directly through us as the Email Service reseller. In either option, Ripples Solutions is responsible for .Domain name registration

d. Web based application

We would chart the RFP based on the requirement. We would be responsible for the analysis of the proposals, recommendation of a suitable solution and the supervision of the implementation.

4. Implementation

We undertake direct execution of the Network Implementation and sees it through its completion. The Division is currently equipped with one supervisor and six labourers, who have been specifically trained by us so that high quality standards are maintained.

3. Lan / Wan Design

In the field of local and wide area networking, We are recognized for our ability to provide high performance and cost-effective solutions. The team is led by Mr.J.Stephen Babu, Partner, having 9 years and Mr.N.Krishnan, Sr. Customer Support having 6 years of IT experience.

The design of a WAN is dependent on the application and the physical location of the regions to be networked. The preliminary process involves selection of the communication media (VSAT/Leased line, Dial up line, Broadband, ISDN or backbone service provider) and the calculation of the optimum bandwidth.

Deliverables in the Network design phase:

Network design: Detailed active components layout diagram drawn in Visio software tool
Explanation of the network design
Detailed Bill of material (BOM)
Technical specification of all active and passive components recommended in the design

We have tie up with Reliance Communitcations as Business Partner. This enable us to provide Internet bandwidth through Fiber and RF, any kind of VPN and leased line connectivity.

2. Systems Service & Testing and Repair Center

Service team has been presided by Mr.G.Balaji, Partner, having 18 years of IT Experience. He is taking care of the overall service operations. The team has an experience from small desktop to higher end Server with full raid controller features.

We have a full fledged Testing and Repair center at Madurai to minimize the system downtime. This team consists of three well experienced engineers. TRC team is capable of sorting out CHIP Level problems in Computer products.
